Join us for a deeply harmonious practice to release the stress and tension that tends to build up over the week by taking extra time to work through postures. _ This slower pace helps to open the joints and refresh the muscles. We also work with the breath to help slow down our monkey minds. Doing this helps us cultivate a calm and relaxed state to help carry us through the week to come. _ Students of all experience levels are welcome.
