These sessions are for building your practice and working on your goals. _ In these sessions, we will combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises and restorative postures to stretch and strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. _ I will teach you to tune your self-awareness and to learn to really listen to your body.
