Yoga and fitness found me at a very challenging time along my journey. They have always been apart of my life in one way or another, though this only became the focus when I found out about factors affecting my health.
It's in this chaos that I began my personal journey towards healing and wellness. One of my greatest teachers has been my own experiences and struggles; you can count on me to be there with you every step of the way.

Living with chronic pain can be emotionally and physically challenging. Many types of treatments can help you find relief whether it's recent or chronic. Pain-management methods range from at-home treatments to physical therapy. We're here to make it easy.
Fitness doesn’t have to be as hard as you think. It doesn’t even have to feel like you’re solving a calculus riddle or trying to climb a mountain. It’s as simple as riding a bike. You’ll stumble a little bit on the way, but eventually, you’ll be able to do it without even thinking.
Self-care includes all the things you do to take care of your well-being in four key dimensions. This includes your emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual health. It's not nearly as complicated as it sounds, though, it’s absolutely worth your time.
Cannabis is a plant. People use the dried leaves, seed oil, and other parts of the plant for recreational and medicinal purposes. It can have a pleasurable effect and may soothe the symptoms of various conditions, such as chronic pain. AND: It's not just for smoking.
There are even more benefits of exercise to consider to keep up strength and mobility. Working out as an older adult doesn’t have to look dramatically different, but there are a few things to keep in mind, if only for your health and safety over the long term.
